Every year Shepherd Center hosts their largest Fundraiser of the year at Flourish, The Legendary Party. The Legendary Party is the Shepherd Center Foundation's largest fundraising event. Held annually on the first Saturday in November, The Legendary Party has raised more than $40 Million dollars for Shepherd Center's patient care programs.
The Legendary Party proceeds directly support patient care to help rebuild patients' lives with hope, independence, and dignity. Proceeds for this year's Legendary Party will benefit Shepherd Center's new Innovation Institute, which is a vital part of our expansion efforts in our Pursing Possible comprehensive campaign. Housed in the new Marcus Center for Advanced Rehabilitation, the Innovation Institute will be a 30,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that will be the destination for data-driven decision-making that informs precision rehabilitation and innovative personal solutions. With the expansion of our innovation programming, we will integrate the latest in data science, groundbreaking rehabilitation technologies, and revolutionary care models for transformative solutions that restore, sustain, and protect the lives of people requiring neurorehabilitation locally, nationally, and worldwide.
